Christmas Day

I didn't get many good pictures of Kenzie this day, but here is one of her at Grammy and Pop's house. She got some Disney Princess dress up stuff from Aunt Sissy, and insisted on dressing up as Cinderella for Christmas instead of wearing her Christmas dress. She had the whole outfit, complete with clip-on earings that I wish I had a picture of, because they were so cute!

She is so stinkin cute!

She's modeling her outfit (which she picked out and put on all by herself--shoes on the right feet, shirt on right and not backwards). She is also modeling her new Dora panties (which of course you can't see) which she got as a reward for using the potty three times in a row!

Parade Day

Norma and I took the kids to the Neiman Marcus parade, but unfortunately it was so crowded that we didn't see much. We took the kids to the West End after that though, and they had fun! This is Norma's son, Michael, who I think is going to give Sean a run for his money...This picture doesn't show it very well, but she had her head on his chest and everything, it was too cute!

Ornaments

Lori and Kenzie made a bunch of ornaments for her tree. Here are a few: candy canes, wreaths, and icicles. They also made some jingle bell necklaces. Kenzie was surprisingly good at threading the beads onto the pipe cleaners, and could do it as fast as Lori could!

Nap Time

When I came home from work today, this is how I found her, but she was covered up..At first, I thought she was "hiding" from me, but when I pulled the blanket off, she was actually asleep! I guess she was just too tired to climb all the way onto the couch!

Christmas Tree

We put up our tree the day after Thanksgiving. Kenzie had a lot of fun putting her ornaments on! We even got some special pink ornaments just for her.
This is one of the clusters of ornaments done by Kenzie. There were just a few branches that she really wanted to decorate, so they ended up looking like this.

Vacuuming

We got a small pink vacuum for quick clean-ups, and it turns out that Kenzie loves to use it! The handle extends for us to use, but when it's not extended, it's just her size. We have owned this vacuum for two days, and already she has vacuumed her room about 40 times lol ...

Coloring

Kenzie has been learning her letters with Nonna.. Today, she worked on the letter "C" .. she is also getting very good at coloring in the lines!
In the picture above, Lori colored the cookie, but the cat, carrot, and car were done all by Kenzie. Our little budding artist! Maybe she will grow up to be a "Professional Colorer" like her Uncle Ben!

Oktoberfest

We took Kenzie to the Oktoberfest in Addison, and she had a ton of fun at the carnival. Here she's riding in a big bear, pink of course! It spun around, tons of fun for Dustin!

She also got to ride the Ferris Wheel, from which she was pointing out all the rides that she was going to go on next... She also won her very own prizes at one of the games geared for little kids. She had a ton of fun!
